Dicky Bill Australia Farming Pty Ltd is a leading family-owned horticulture business with operations in Queensland and Victoria. In this role you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of an individual work centre within a busy fresh produce manufacturing facility, managing a team of 4-8 people to achieve daily production plans and KPIs.
You will participate and coordinate work centre daily huddles, liaise with factory, site and company management and complete daily administrative duties (shift reports). You will be supported by your fellow team leaders, factory, and business management, as well as receive weekly bonuses for achieving production KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Ability to lead and manage a team and work centre of 4-8 people.
Oversee your team’s productivity and performance.
Ensure that team members within his/her control have adequate knowledge and skills to conduct their food safety responsibilities.
Training of SOP’S as required, and staff training sign off.
Plan daily production for the relevant work centre.
Achieve daily production targets.
Check produce quality in coming and finished goods.
Ensure all required tools, labels are available & packing paperwork is complete, including best before, use dates are on relevant order packaging.
Stocktake Film, Raw Produce, finished product and other consumables.
Timesheet Management
Adhere to Company OH&S protocols and procedures.
Complete basic line maintenance and operation as required. Ensure that work facilities under your supervision are maintained in a clean, tidy, and healthy environment.
Report and follow up on advanced line maintenance to workshop.
Regularly monitor the effectiveness of risk control measures.
